Poor interpersonal work dynamics adversely effect an organisation resulting in decreased productivity, potential health and safety issues, low staff morale and poor employee retention.
Fortunately, it is my field of expertise and I can offer steps to better that benefit the organisation as a whole .
I work on the premise that conflict can be in fact healthy and a very normal part of relational life.
It is the approach, the actions and the reactions to conflict that often don't serve solid interpersonal relationships and instead cause deep tension, unhealthy dynamics and sometimes total communication breakdown.
Working in partnership with your management team, I will tailor responses specifically required to your organisational situation.
This can be:
acute incident management

a long-term, safeguarding and pre-emptive approach to building solid relations in the organisation
Methodologies include Facilitated Conversations, Mediation, Conflict Resolution Coaching, Restorative Practice, Systemic and Life Coaching and Training.
This work takes place in both group and one to one settings.
