Modern family life requires us to deal with many things and face a variety of challenges, sometimes all at once!

Family Dynamic Coaching supports and resources clients in their personal and family lives.

Family Dynamic Coaching is a process that I tailor for clients encountering issues with their immediate and extended family members. 

Issues are typically around communication, unhealthy family patterns, conflict between family members and general family unrest.

I work with clients on a one to one basis using an integrated approach (coaching, conflict resolution and systemic constellations) which identifies the core issues and patterns.

From this clarity clients identify possible steps to better and ways forward. 

The beauty of the FDC work is that only the client needs to be present during sessions, no other family members are necessary.

I offer bespoke Family Dynamic Coaching as one to one sessions both online and in person (where feasible) to clients.

Usually the FDS sessions will last for 90 minutes and sessions take place weekly for a period of 8 to 10 weeks.

 MY (Mind Yourself) Dynamic Coaching is an innovative coaching programme which facilitates you tapping in to your essence and fully finding alignment with your true self.

Working one to one, we will explore how you roll currently in life, what you want to achieve and what actions you will take to get there.

Clients experience a great sense of clarity, freedom and control over their own lives as a result of participating in these sessions. Clients also describe the many positive changes that take place as a result of the MY Dynamic Coaching work.

Positive changes are experienced with your home life, your working life and anything beyond or in between,

Sessions take place online, in the comfort of your own space.
